The surgery made it possible to function better but holding a violin with the chin for any period resulted in headaches lasting days and even weeks. Violin Valet was designed to make it possible to play when neck injuries prevent playing and in fact worked quite well, making it possible for the individual to play for hours without neck pain and/or headaches. We also believe it can help avoid pain/strain and injury to the neck from playing the violin as well as making it easier to sing and play at the same time.

Please note: We have determined that even after years of using Violin Valet, the player may not be particularly better at playing the violin than they were before (just a little joke ;). But fun can be had anyway!
